Beef Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- • 500 g of beef, cut as desired
- • 2 diced potatoes
- • 2 carrots, sliced into rounds
- • 2 tomatoes, cut into quarters

- • 2 spring onions, roughly sliced
- • Fried onions to add as desired
- • 2 litres of water
Spices:
- • 5 cloves of crushed garlic
- • 5 shallots
- • 2 cardamom pods
- • 3 cloves

- • Salt and powdered stock to preference
Instruction:
- Boil the beef until the broth comes out, remove any impurities/fat that float to the surface so that the broth is clear.
