Main Ingredients:

    • • 500 ml water
    • • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • • 1 pack of any brand of instant ramen noodles
    • • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • • 1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce (optional)
    • • 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
    • • 1/2 tsp stock powder (chicken/beef)
    • • Salt & pepper to suit preference 

              Topping ingredients:

              • • 2-3 shrimp, peeled, de-headed (can be boiled or sauteed)
              • • 1 hard-boiled egg, halved
              • • 3-4 slices of boiled/roasted/shredded chicken
              • • 1 nori sheet, cut into small/long pieces
              • • Sliced green onion
              • • Boiled bean sprouts (optional)
              • • Boiled sweet corn (optional)
              • • Chili powder or chili oil (if you like it spicy)

              Instruction:

              A. Prepare the broth

              1. Sauté garlic with sesame oil until fragrant.
              2. Add water, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, and stock powder.
              3. Cook until boiling and correct the flavor.

              B. Cook Noodles:

              1. Boil the noodles until cooked, drain, and place in  Waskom Kincir 10-11 from PT Benteng Mas Persada.

              C. Cook Shrimp & Chicken:

              1. Sauté the shrimp briefly until they change color (don’t overcook so they will get rubber-like).
              2. If using cooked chicken (boiled/roasted), slice or shred.

              D. Serving:

              1. Pour the soup into Waskom Kincir 10-11 from PT Benteng Mas Persada with the noodles.
              2. Arrange toppings on top: shrimp, boiled egg, chicken, sliced green onion, bean sprouts, and corn.
              3. Add nori strips on top.
