3-LAYER FRUIT PUDDING RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Chopped grapes
- Peeled and diced oranges
- 1 can of pineapple
- 1 pack of strawberries, cleaned and diced
- 600 ml of milk
- 1 sachet of plain agar-agar
- 3 sachets of plain Nutrijell
- Granulated sugar (adjust according to the agar-agar package instructions)
- Enough mineral water
- 2 packs of silky pudding (mango flavor)
- 2 packs of silky pudding (bubblegum flavor)
- Alura 25 Fruit Pudding Mold
Instructions:
- Prepare the fruit pudding mold and wash it thoroughly.
- Arrange the chopped fruits inside the Alura 25 pudding mold.
- Pour enough water into a saucepan.
- Add Nutrijell and cook according to the instructions.
- Once cooked, immediately pour it into the Alura 25 pudding mold until all the fruit is covered.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Next, in a saucepan, combine milk, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 100 ml of water, and plain agar-agar, then cook until it boils.
- Once it boils, pour it into the Alura 25 pudding mold from PT Benteng Mas Persada and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
- In another saucepan, add water and silky pudding, then cook according to the instructions.
- Before cooking, add plain agar-agar and bring to a boil.
- Pour the cooked pudding into the mold and let it set for 30 minutes.
- Cook the silky pudding as instructed.
- Pour the silky pudding over the fruit pudding mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Your 3-layer fruit pudding is ready to serve!
